3 Survival Tips to Get You Through the Holiday Season
As much fun as it is to deck the halls and unwrap presents, the holiday season can also be incredibly stressful. Between finding time to bake gooey goodies, buying budget-friendly gifts, and entertaining countless family members, it’s no wonder you’re feeling frazzled!
Luckily, though, the right aromatherapy regimen can get you through it. Here’s what I recommend doing to eliminate all of that holiday stress:
A little bit of fresh air can go a long way — especially when you combine it with the right essential oils! Squeeze a drop of Eucalyptus radiata
or Winter Blend
(with Eucalyptus, Lavender and Grapefruit essential oils) onto your scarf, and head outside for a 10 minute walk. As you breathe deeply, you’ll start to feel more positivity. That’s because eucalyptus

2. Take a bath

I like to call it “cleaning your heart”!
