Thanksgiving is supposed to be a chance for all of us to take a pause from our hectic lives and give thanks for the important things in life. Unfortunately, though, Thanksgiving actually causes MORE stress for a lot of people!
When you think about it, that makes perfect sense. The weather is changing, you’re anxious about hosting a bunch of people and cooking a big meal, and your daily routine temporarily goes by the wayside. No wonder you’re stressed out!
With the right essential oils!
I know how you’re feeling. I’ll be spending Thanksgiving abroad with family this year. Other years, I’m in charge of hosting. Either way, it’s stressful! That’s why I came up with an essential oil regimen that can help you in any Thanksgiving-induced situation:
Traveling either by car or plane means having to deal with confined spaces — the perfect breeding ground for germs! Plus, the change in air can send your respiratory system over the edge. If you don’t want to battle a stuffy nose while you give thanks, you need Aromandina’s Immune Support Essential Oil Blend. Made with Eucalyptus radiata, Tea Tree, Ravensara and other oils, this blend can help you fight off germs and give your respiratory system the strength it needs to adapt to changes. If you prefer to use single oils, try Niaouli, Bay Laurel or Peppermint oils.
Personally, I love adding a few drops of this blend onto a tissue and breathing it in. Sometimes, I’ll even put a couple of drops onto a light bulb in my hotel room. The heat from the bulb will evaporate the oils and send them into the air — purifying it in the process!
