Aromatherapy Tip

In the shower:

  • Put 3 to drops of  Black Spruce essential oil and 3 drops of Pine essential oil on a washcloth.
  • While showering, place the washcloth on your chest and allow the heat of the shower to release the vapors of the essential oils.
After the shower:

Make your own aromatherapy energizing blend at home with 30 drops of Black Spruce essential oil and 15 drops of Pine essential oil mixed in a 4 oz bottle of Carrier oil.

Why it works: Black Spruce essential oil  with positive effects on the adrenal system has an uplifting scent. It helps to open the chest and decongests the sinus while Pine is very effective against sore throats, chest congestion, joint pains and respiratory distress. These two essential oils are said to stimulate the adrenal cortex.

Keep this blend handy in the shower and rub it all over your body just after a shower. We all need an extra boost to cope with the stresses of the day.

These essential oils collectively work towards fighting infections, supporting the adrenal glands and improving lymphatic drainage.

Very effective aromatherapy to boost energy.
After a brief massage, practice deep breathing for about 30 seconds.

Practice this method in the shower every morning to stay more healthy and active during the cold weather.

*While using the oil, make sure that you pay special attention to the abdomen as that area has a dense concentration of lymphatic tissue.
