Analgesic: this is pain-relieving, for mild and sever pain, for shoulder pain, knee pain,back problems, muscle pain. An agent that relieves or diminishes pain: Basil, Bay Laurel, Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cardamom, German Chamomile, Eucalyptus radiata, Fennel, Fir, Geranium, Ginger, Juniper Berry, Lavender, Lemongrass, Marjoram, Niaouli, Peppermint, Rosemary, Tea Tree.
It’s time to do your essential oil gargles.
Gargling with essential oils is very effective for sore throats, respiratory problems and loss of voice.
Just follow these steps:
1) In an empty glass mix ½ teaspoon salt with 6 drops of one of these essential oils: * Tea Tree * Niaouli * Lavender * RESPIRO Immune Support (has all the above mentioned essential oils and more)
2) Add the juice of one lemon or lime and ½ cup warm water.
3) Stir well, gargle and spit it out. Gargle twice daily.
If you do this method on time, there’s a high possibility you won’t get sick.
