Jul 11 2012 If your summer holiday is chock full of fun plans, the last thing you want is to feel under the weather.  However, all of those fun summer activities can expose you to germs, allergic reactions, and flat-out exhaustion. Luckily, it’s easy to make the most out of your summer holiday AND keep your health in tip-top shape! How?

 1. Relief for mosquito bites and allergic reactions
